The Rotary Board will then count all the votes and present the winners to the website. All decisions of the Contest judges will be final and binding in all respects. Winners will be notified via email on or about May 3, 2024. Sponsor’s inability to contact a winner may result in that winner’s disqualification and the selection of a substitute winner from among all remaining eligible entries.

Except where prohibited, as a condition of being declared a winner in the Contest, each winner will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability, Publicity, and Copyright Release and return these documents to Sponsor within 14 days of notification.
